Mad Martigan i completly agree with you. Blood river and Barrens are good maps once i learned to adjust but i still frown upon them if i get them in my choices. Glacial Ravine was an excellent map, probably the best 3v3 but i think to get the attention of society is to ccreate tournaments with some rewards. Nothing big maybe just microsoft points or xbox live, but anything that makes the game more competitive will attract more people. Many of my friends and sources i have say they only want to get good at halo 3 because of tournament play and how the game has so many rewards to it. That is just one way. Another would be to create new maps again or create mad martigans idea of a social playlist. This game is so far my favorite RTS.

Hey guys. Vociferous here from Halo Waypoint and I'm going to help Glyph out where and when needed from time to time. I'm also one of the dudes responsible for the attention we've given Halo Wars over the past few weeks on Waypoint, as well as being a super big fan of the game and its story.

Thought I'd come in here and drop you folks a line, since I work directly with the content you see on Waypoint and wanted to make sure we're meeting your needs there. We're in the process of finishing up an anniversary look at the Halo Wars story, its gameplay features and some of the things that made it an awesome RTS as well as an awesome Halo game. If you have any suggestions for ways we might cover Halo Wars in the future, feel free to let me know on the forum!

Where is the magic blue text that makes me feel warm and fuzzy?

If this guy is from Waypoint, then why was his account made way back in January 2009?

Vociferous! If that's really you, then fantastic. Ascendant Justice was an amazing website, and it's brilliant that you're on the Halo Wars site now. I'd be nice if you'd stick around and start up some nice discussion about the Halo storyline, although I'm not sure if you're allowed to do that anymore now you're a 343 employee.

However, I'm not entirely sure if it is you to be honest. Get some blue text and we'll know for sure.

yes! i lived on the AJ site for months before a started writing FF.

but again, the little blue text holds great power.

if it really is you, do you think you'll post some of the Op-ed stuff here? on the homepage? or is that copywrited or something.

great to see a familiar contributor!

    @ the halo waypoint villagers

we know that u do nothing all day... but what the halo wars fans want is: DLC, fun stuff and patches

we do not want halo franchise garbage and thanku for not talking about reach for a while - i hope glyth got into trouble for marketing a game a year off on his first day

    you are all losers

Re: Halo Waypoint and Halo Wars

When Aloy left he talked about "exciting stuff" that was going to be happening to Halo Wars under Waypoint.  By that I hoped he was talking about dlc, Halo 2 news, and continuing to update/balance the game.

Instead all we hear about is incorporating Halo Wars stuff into cannon on Waypoint, and the forums are so unmoderated it's turning into the wild west.  Things seemed better under Robot to me...

Re: Halo Waypoint and Halo Wars

agreed waypoint has been kinda a let down but i feel like there isnt much to do with halo wars anyway. think about it, what patches does there need to be? the game is perfect right now. i mean yea they could add more DLC to it. but if you want something new try tug of war or keepaway cuz im sure more than 75% of the ppl here havent played that for anything other than achievements. just give them a break

Have you played online since the last patch?  That Y ability glitch is getting on my last nerves, and the scenes have been removed from the theator.
I joined these forums Jan 27, 2009. I just had to create a different account because I changed emails on my gamertag. Remember my old account was Frozensword. P.S. Aloysius' real name was Duncan Stanley.
