To piss people off like you.  Whether you like to believe it or not, I get really good grades in school (3.5 GPA, three honors classes, AP class I'll be taking next year, so forth) and I'm a musician.  By musican I mean trumpeteer, pianist, tubaist, and bassist--which I use to bring the brilliance and universal language of music to people and perhaps make a few bucks off of it.  I write short stories and poems--and have already made some quick cash off of them and will be getting recommendations to colleges from professors here from my writing alone.

However, that's beside the point--I just kind of ranted on there over nothing.  Why am I here? Here specifically, or here in a more retrospectal and philosophical way? Well I personally believe I'm here to live a good, faithful life and to do my work on this planet to bring some intelligence back into it when it's filled with such ignorant fools and politically correct *ssholes.

Why am I here on the forums? I got nothing to do really.  No one here I really hang out with much--mainly because the idea of fun is predominately around here going to the mall and burning away 300 bucks of your parents money every weekend here becuase everyone is a spoiled, bratty cooze.

In short though, I find it funny when I put my opinions--usually controversial to the status-quo like attitude around here--people get so angsty about it and such.  I guess you could call it trolling--considering no one here knows what a troll is, by the definitions they spew out--but I quite enjoy seeing people get pissed off over a video game and/or a forum--especially considering I wont ever see them again.

I hope my answer was eloquent enough for you.

    Mmm. Indeed.

Regardless of your achievements in the real world, "trolling" as you put it, is generally frowned upon. Your behavior - and by behavior I mean making pointless posts - is leading some to question your... motives. Are you to become the next Supertroll? Or are you to just be a quirky, excentric member.

To put it simply, take care that you don't stray too far from the realm of reason. You seem to be a reasonable fellow (though I have been wrong before *coughfelixcough*) so I trust you'll know when it's "too far."

I know the difference between playful banter and poking fun at someone trying to act like the toughest, coolest bro on God's Green Earth because I disagree with him--and actually insulting someone or taking it too far--as you put it.  I hardly make pointless posts--I put in my opinion and people attack me because of them--I'm all for a debate but if you revert into insulting me or my personal intelligence or trying to act tough over the interwebz--I'll be trolling you, as you put it.

I'll go with the latter in your first paragraph though, at the end.  Just most people, as I've said, are so stuck up to the staus quo of boring and whatever that when somoene like me comes by, they just yell at them haha.

Nevertheless.  I wont be the next Felix, or FJ, or whatever you want to compare me by--I'm here to have fun--not to get an anuerysm.

I'm not quite sure how "stop kicking your mother" is not a pointless post, although you could make the case that he was asking for it with that name.

But yeah, I've noticed that a lot of your recent posts seem... destructive to intelligent conversation too. I would appreciate it if you tried not to take your efforts to save the world from our ignorance "too far," as ocean put it.

It's not really a crusade--I'm just joking around.  But *shrug*

Re: What would you want. Battalion of Elites or ODST's

I think it would defiantly depend. If the elites were overzealous then i would not take them... If i knew the ODST squad well (had gone on several mission on them) I would take them, I think human's are smarter, even if elites have amazing tech. Elites got their tech from the forerunners. We (humans) have done all our tech ourselves no help (excluding mjonlir mark V and up) and our ground fighting skills excel, the elites have quite the upper hand. More advanced tech, stronger body etc. cannot make-up for a brain advantage! But can i give my guys mjonlir armor? :P

Re: What would you want. Battalion of Elites or ODST's

Ignoring the trolling and getting back to topic.. I think it would depend if your talking about the way it works in WARS or the way it worst in the real canon/story.

In the real story.. ODSTs would smear Elites I feel.  They would pop in unexpectedly, take cover, and just leave a purple smudge on the ground where the elites once stood.

Living in the Halo Wars way of fighting.. Elites would slash through them in no time.

But either way, ODSTs are just too cool to pass up even if they lose.  These people fall from orbit in a metal pea-pod for crying out loud!  Too cool.

Also Sanghelli... the mjolnir armour is still OUR tech.  The reason it works so well is because we took covenant shield technology and modified it with our own.  It is more human technology than covenant because we had the armour without the shields before we even met them.  And we get full credit for the Spartans' kick-ass-ness..
