So you did it in teams, upgraded your base, and double pumped? Thats sooo far from this strat you can hardly compare them.

Back in that day you would rush with locusts under 6 minutes...because it was still considered a "rush"

people didnt have a clue what spartans were back then so jacking them wasnt viable and you would have about 5 with overdrive....

The strat in this video technicly isnt a rush. Just because he average player thinks 6 min locust is rushing doesnt make it so. Even now, most players thing its a rush. Right from day 1 I said 3 mins is rush.

A quote from my very first post

"in the RTS world a rush is anyhitng before 1.30 to 2 mins max!! after that its not a rush. OK? no arguments, no chatback it just is"

This was based on my other RTS experience, all RTS time limit moves around, and in HW its ok to add on another min. If I said cobras would stop hogs, then I was probs catering to the nubs that thik 10 guass is a rush.

He hasnt gone rampant...... anyways  he has contributed alot  more to the community than most people so give him a break.

Yeah he does, although I hope his ODST boom was a joke, because that was pretty horrible.

How is this different from the standard locust rush? Except maybe that you made it slightly slower by building a temple first rather than second.

I thought the ghosts and suicide grunt were interesting though, I would normally have gone straight for 3 locusts but your way plays it a little safer.
