This game is seriously falling apart.

The glitches are killing the game first of all.  The matchmaking is terrible.  And boosting should be enforced.

Today, I had three games out of ten that the opposite team had all generals and I got two majors.  Seriously?

I have been seeing alot of anders cryo glitches.  And in 2v2, these two get matched up everytime in UA.  They are both generals and they just boost eachother.

I lost hope in this game and probably will be selling it to game stop.

I don't see why people just don't go offline. I hardly ever go to matchmaking, as I don't really have anything to prove. I find that I enjoy the game so much more this way.

Actually I still have the game. I still play it - both Skirmish and the campaign. Imagine that.

Re: This game is seriously falling apart.

I agree, something about the rank matchmaking needs to be done on random 3s. I'm a brig and I get paired up with majors against generals repeatedly. It's not that the generals are good, it's that my team is intimidated and we lose bceause we're scrambling against bigger ranks. I guess my skill is so high that I get crappy teammates against pretty good people. That's the only acceptable explanation for me right now.

Btw, the way to beat a cryo glitch is to get rid of Ander's reacter. That means take it out before she uses her cryo. Unfortunately, people are starting to get smarter (somehow I started this from the get-go and they're just now figuring it out) and they put a few units in front to mask it. This way, it looks like they're going to rush, when they're really hiding behind their team. It doesn't matter when an Anders does the glitch, someone will be crippled for a few minutes, whether or not somebody's been feeding or not, which is your window to strike. Also, don't hit with just a few units; make sure that Anders knows you mean business. 90% of glitchers quit out when their base is compromised.

Came to play, play to win, and you're getting in my way.

Too bad it isn't that simple to stop. Unless you just assume that the opposing anders is doing it as well as having unbelievably good timing. BTW 90% of everybody quits when their base is compromised.

Anyone who only plays online is a retard.  The campaign and skirmish are there for a reason, The experience there is so mush better, no betrayals, no ranking system, I mean, sure, you don't get hatemail there, but that's only 1 downside.

I played each campaign mission once....I never have really cared for RTS campaigns, the exception being AoM.

Re: This game is seriously falling apart.

I still love playing Matchmaking, usually with a couple of friends. I only play online, but I assure you all I am no retard. The campaign to me was terrible, and I find offline skirmishes a little pointless. There is nothing more satisfying than knowing you have beaten another, living human at the game.
