    UNSC and Covenant Factions remade V2

    Well, with all the talk about halo wars 2 from each of us, I figure we all could lay down the basic units, structures, powers, leaders and the 3rd party factions. I will start posting them soon. READY.......SET.........

     I am redoing the factions now, I won't post units and structures without hearing suggestions

    Hawk upgrade lowered to 1 second at tech 0 at 1 reources.  D-Bomb free, upgradable to instant recharge.      

    Also:

    New type of LP, big pelican trans.  2x the original pelican trans., at 2x the price.  Made to save time. 

    Whenever a thread has been hijacked and there are big quote boxes and lots of flame, I'll be there!

    I'll be off playing ACII for a couple weeks...

    Hmm, interesting choices. I like the free d-bomb. But I think the Hawk should be it's own unit(subtract the spartan laser and give it missile barrage ability instead) likewise with the transport Pelican

    IMO the mongoose should come in squadrons of 3, but the rocket mongoose should be a different unit entirely.
